To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Belgian Business Council, its sub-committee the Belgian Club Dubai and, including without limitation, any members of the board or members of the organising committee shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential and/or punitive actions, damages and/or any loss (this list being non-exhaustive) incurred during inter alia any of its organised meetings and/or social event(s), and resulting directly or indirectly from any conduct, behaviour and/or actions by its member(s), attendee(s) or any third party(ies) related to him/her.

Members of the Belgian Club Dubai committee are all volunteers and get no renumeration whatsoever for there work and engagement towards the Belgian expat community in Dubai, UAE.
